Learn more about the features, eligibility criteria, and application details in this article. The Search bar helps you find the videos you want to watch on YouTube. Once you sign in and start watching videos, the Home page will show aviator game you recommended videos based on your preferences and activity on YouTube.
You can also find account-related settings and channel info on this page. Visit your You tab to view everything you’ve watched, downloaded, or purchased on YouTube. If you do not currently meet the higher eligibility criteria of YPP you may still see ads being served on your content.
History
Watch the Primetime channels you’ve purchased. Learn more about how to manage your watch history. Once you qualify for the higher eligibility criteria for YPP, you will be eligible to receive a share of the revenue from ads served on your content.
A maximum of 5,000 videos can be displayed in a playlist. Videos you’ve saved to your Watch later playlist can be found here. Videos you’ve recently watched can be found under History. You can find this option under your channel name. To switch the account that you’re using, click Switch accounts. In this case, you are not yet eligible to receive a share of the revenue.
Stay active to keep making money
If a channel is inactive and has not uploaded or posted posts for 6 months or more, YouTube reserves the right to remove its monetization. Every channel that meets the threshold will go through a standard review process. Keep in mind that any public watch hours from Shorts views in the Shorts Feed don’t count towards the 4,000 public watch hours threshold. As the YouTube Partner Program continues to grow, it’s important to maintain a healthy, active ecosystem of channels.
Watch videos on different devices
The YouTube Partner Program (YPP) gives creators greater access to YouTube resources and monetization features, and access to our Creator Support teams. If you’re not eligible yet, select Get notified in the Earn area of YouTube Studio. The expanded YouTube Partner Program is available to eligible creators in these countries/regions. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner to access your account info and settings. Learn more about uploading videos and starting live streams. Click Create in the top-right corner to upload a video to your channel or to create a live stream.
- Once you understand what you need to join, your channel can become eligible for YPP with either Shorts or long-form video.
- Videos you’ve purchased can be found under Your movies.
- Current members of the program won’t be removed when receiving Community Guidelines strikes.

To turn on monetization features, you’ll need to review and accept the relevant module terms. Sometimes channels require multiple reviews, especially when several reviewers disagree on your channel’s suitability for YPP. Once you accept YPP terms and link an active AdSense for YouTube account, your channel will automatically be put in a review queue. We’ll send you an email once the expanded YPP program is available to you and you’ve reached the eligibility thresholds.
Channels will lose monetization when they violate any of the YouTube channel monetization policies. Note that a channel needs to complete all the YPP signup steps (which currently include signing the contract and associating an AdSense for YouTube account) before they will be reviewed. If you’ve met the threshold and applied for YPP, we’ll still review your channel for YPP suitability. After choosing how you want to monetize, you’ll be able to manage ad preferences, turn on monetization for your uploads, and more.
If you have active Community Guidelines strikes on your channel, you can apply after your strikes expire. If you don’t meet the requirements yet, keep working to make original content and build your audience. Learn more about steps you can take to strengthen your application for next time.
According to our Terms of Service, YouTube retains the right to serve ads on all content on the platform. Your channel also must not have any active Community Guidelines strikes in order to apply. Current members of the program won’t be removed when receiving Community Guidelines strikes.
